PinQuest Event Coming to Walt Disney World’s Animal Kingdom

For all of you pin collectors out there, you will want to head over to Disney’s Animal Kingdom while you can.  PinQuest is being offered at the park, which is where guests can purchase a kit to solve for clues to hunt for 6 special pins on a fun scavenger hunt.  Guests can purchase the PinQuest Adventure Kit from The Outpost Shop at the theme park.  The kit will include a lanyard, NavigatEAR decoder medal, park map, storage pouch and the first clue card for the scavenger hunt.  You complete the first task on the clue card and then have a cast member stamp the map.  You will use the stamp ticket portion to trade for a pin to be aligned with the NavigatEAR decoder, which will help you determine where to go for the next clue card.  The map within the kit will give help you along the way to ensure that you can find your locations.

Once guests have successfully collected all 6 of the pins in the quest, then they will unscramble the letters found on the back of each of the pins.  Once the message has been unscrambled and shown to a cast member, then the guest swill have the ability to purchase the special pin for completing the quest.

  • Discovery Trading Company
  • Mombasa Marketplace
  • The Outpost Shop (Recommended to stop here first)
  • Serka Zong Bazaar
  • Windtraders

This event will only be offered for a limited time, so guests will want to act quickly if they want to have their own turn on the guest for pins!
