Hung Huynh Named Chef de Cuisine for Walt Disney World’s Morimoto Asia

Morimoto Asia is a popular Walt Disney World restaurant found within the Disney Springs area on property.  It is within The Landing area of Disney Springs and offers delicious lunch and dinner services. We have learned that Executive Chef Yuhi Fujinaga has officially named Chef Hung Huynh as the Chef de Cuisine at the restaurant. Chef Hung earned a bit of notoriety after he was the winner of the third season of Top Chef, one of the competition chef television shows.

Morimoto Asia is a Pan-Asian style restaurant that was largely created my the Japanese master chef, Masaharu Morimoto.  Chef Morimoto is also an Iron Chef and makes various television appearances. Chef Morimoto is also known as one of the most inventive forces in Asian cuisine, and he has created a showcase of Asian flavors and traditions. Guests have the opportunities to choose from Japanese favorites like sushi, sashimi and the succulent Kakuni Bao or there are Chinese classics like crispy Peking duck carving, plus various Korean and Malay specialties or even street food items.

It will be extremely difficult to choose what to order when you visit.  What is your favorite thing that you have tried at Morimoto Asia thus far?
