The Edison, Maria & Enzo’s and The Hideaway at Walt Disney World Are All Celebrating Valentine’s Day

Walt Disney World is an extremely magical place to celebrate Valentine’s Day.  For all of the lovebirds out there that are looking for a fantastic place to celebrate this day of love, some of the newer Disney Springs restaurants have special menus for a romantic night out.  Maria & Enzo’s, Enzo’s Hideaway and The Edison will all have special Valentine’s Day dinners and we have the details for all of them.  The menus vary, but they are all prix fixe menus with the cost for the dinners including taxes and gratuity.

Here are the details for The Hideway:

• Dinner for two: $45 per person
  • Appetizer:
    • Salumi e Formaggi: Prosciutto cured 24 Months, Salame Piccante Finocchiona, Fontina Val d’Aosta, Aged 24 Months Reggiano-Parmigiano, Pecorino Romano, Caponata (assorted roasted vegetables), Giardiniera (pickled vegetables), Olives, Grissini (bread sticks), MostardA di Frutta (mustard fruit)
  • Choice of entree to share:
    • Vesuvio Pasta e Scampi: large spiral shaped pasta, jumbo gulf shrimp, white wine, garlic, parsley
    • Filetto: beef tenderloin, roasted forest mushrooms, pecorino, potatoes, barolo wine sauce
  • Dessert:
    • Tartufo: amarena cherry filled crema gelato dome toasted marshmallow, chocolate sauce

• Edison’s Patented Valentine Prix Fixe: $65 per person – includes a flute of Chandon Brut
  • Choice of appetizer:
    • Fried Calamari: Marinara “arrabiatta”
    • Electric Fries: L.Burbank hand cut potatoes, ‘Edison Special Sauce’, bacon, crumbled blue cheese, chopped green onions
  • Choice of entree:
    • 18 Day Dry-Aged Prime Rib: Horseradish-black pepper crust, au jus, cheddar popver
    • Scottish Salmon: Artichoke purée, fennel, green apple slaw
  • Choice of dessert:
    • Casey’s Apple Cobbler: Vanilla bean ice cream

• Romantic San Valentino Prix Fixe: $65 per person – includes a flute of Villa Sandi Prosecco
  • Choice of Antipasti:
    • Arancini Di Carne: Mozzarella and savory meat sauce in a rice croquette
    • Calamari: Tender calamari with hot peppers and two sauces, herbed tomato and garlic aïoli
  • Choice of Entree:
    • Bistecca: 28 day dry-aged ribeye
    • Spada: Grilled swordfish steak, salmoriglio sauce
