Food: Though limited, the menu at The Lunching Pad is highly unique, offering three special styles of overloaded hot dogs. From the traditional Coney Island Dog, to the Philly Cheese Steak Hot Dog, to the Taco Hot Dog, toppings are overflowing with every order. While the authenticity of the Coney Island Dog was lacking, it’s quick and convenient location makes it a good option for hungry Disney-Goers on their way through Tomorrowland. There are also frozen drinks available to cool down after the rush of Space Mountain!
Atmosphere: It’s Tomorrowland! Who could ask for more?! The outdoor seating provides a place to sit and rest while you wait for the kids to get off Buzz Lightyear or Space Mountain, and quick service counter itself acts as a central hub for snacks and drinks. There is no more convenient location in all of Tomorrowland.
Service: Very quick and friendly! Within seconds, our food was prepared and the cast member behind the counter complimented us on our attire as well. They were prepared and professional at every turn, even directing us to where we could find napkins and condiments.
Tips: Not a bad meal to use your Disney Dining Plan on. For a healthier option, ask for apples instead of chips. Also, The Lunching Pad is a great waiting area for FastPass holders who need to kill some time.
